I am a girl who has never lived in her native country. As much as i've wished to, I have never had a chance to. When i was 2 months old, I had my very first air travel to Jubail, Saudi Arabia. I lived there for about 3 years. I met up with my BESTEST friend, Joel, in jubail. It is one of the important cities of my life because i met my best friend there. Then moved to another city in saudi arabia, possibly a safer and a more popular city called khobar. NO matter how far apart i was from Joel, it never stopped us from seeing each other, we saw each every weekend, and spent a considerable amount of time with each other. Every weekend I would eagerly wait for his arrival, impatiently waiting to share my experiences in the past week and time would fly at its fastest when i was with him. We fought occasionally! It was never that we were always nice and polite to eachother. We had our ups and downs. But he was the only person i would open up to even 15 years later.
I started school at the age of 5. TO be very frank, my parents went through a lot of hardship in trying to join me at school, because i simply cudn't stay away from my parents. When young, I was never a girl who was outgoing, I would always stick to my mum and usually not talk to any one at all. School slowly began to be more friendly and i eventually started school. I never had a close friend. In fact my only best friend lived 100 kms away in jubail. And being very honest, i never found a close friend at school until i moved to new zealand. Time flew when i was at khobar. Soon after an year i began to nervously and excitedly wait for my younger sister's arrival. As she arrived my life was filled with happiness. I had a companion, someone i cud stare at all day and still be amused. School began to get tougherr...and i was never the smartest. Though i ws bright, i never put it into practise. I got tution and began to get very good grades by year 4. I was ranked very high in year 4 before i decided to move to auckland, New zealand. One of my biggest mile stones was moving there. But never in my life, have a missed a place soo badly, saudi arabia.
At new zealand, i met my second best friend, Richa.
New zealand taught me very valuable lessons. First of all, it taught me how to deal with different types of people due to the multicultured society i was living in. It taught me how to talk to people. How to speak in an accent that is not indian. and several other thingss...which i can never forget..
5 years progressed very quickly...and before i knew it..i was preparing for my third move , to perth, australia.
wil complete this later...
